• Direct WhatsApp & Email Routing: When you complete and submit our online trade enquiry form on contact.html, your entries are formatted into a direct message and sent straight to our official WhatsApp account (+27 64 878 4287) or email address. Our website does not store or maintain your form entries in a server-side database.
• Client-Side Virtual Assistant (Chatbot): Our website features an interactive Virtual Assistant powered entirely by lightweight, local JavaScript running in your web browser. The chatbot does not record, save, store, or transmit your conversation inputs or personal data to external server databases or third-party AI services.
