• Material Contamination: Glass waste containing unaccepted items (e.g., ceramics, window glass, mirrors, metals, plastics) may be subject to sorting deductions or rejection at our discretion.
• Rate Adjustments: Market prices for recycled glass cullet are subject to change without prior notice. Formal quotes issued in writing remain valid for the period specified on the written document.

The website features an automated Virtual Assistant designed to provide quick answers to common questions. 6. Accepted Materials & Site Guidelines

All individuals and commercial transport operators delivering glass waste to our Mkondeni depot or scheduling commercial collections must comply with site health, safety, and material acceptance guidelines:

• Accepted: Glass containers, food jars, beverage bottles (clear/flint, amber/brown, green, blue).
• Not Accepted: Aluminium cans, metals, plastics, window panes, mirrors, lightbulbs, ceramics, or hazardous waste.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMABONGO SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this website, any third-party links, or reliance on information contained herein.
